Your participation in this study is fully voluntary and you may choose not to participate or discontinue at any time. There are minimal risks to participating, and there are no benefits to you. We hope to develop a better model of work and leisure choices.

Although the survey is anonymous, we cannot guarantee that it is on a secure server. All information will be encrypted by SurveyMonkey using SSL technology. The results of the investigation may be published. The information obtained during this study is confidential and your identity will remain anonymous in any publications.

The University of Vermont Institutional Review Boards has determined that this project is exempt from review by the Committee on Human Research.
