This survey will help us plan for Cai's Dim Sum Teahouse expansion at the Gallery home base in West Brattleboro, VT, from the current once-a-month dining-in (currently Sunday #2 each month) to every week Thursdays through Mondays. We would also like to increase take-out orders and catering engagements. To this end, we will be upgrading the kitchen, adding a new accessible entrance and restroom, and hiring additional staff. Meanwhile, we are continuing to provide Dim Sum at Farmers Markets in Brattleboro, Bellows Falls and Townsend, plus, in 2011, joining Putney's Farmers Market on Sundays.
