Ms. Friedlieb will provide an overview on patents and emerging areas of patent research and litigation.

Mr. Monahan will be presenting an overview of trademarks and the legal issues involved in the area of video gaming and virtual worlds.

Afternoon Session: Copyright and the Google Settlement
