Please note for CAPERCon 2013, we'll start with on opening reception at 630pm on Monday, June 10th. In fact, each evening will have a family-friendly reception.

Please bring sturdy walking shoes as we'll be visiting the summit of Maunakea and Volcano National Park.

Please feel free to bring family and significant others along for the afternoon guided field trips. We do request you make a donation of $125 per person to help us cover the cost of transportation and guides. You are responsible for making your own travel and hotel arrangements. We have been told that the HILO HAWAIIAN is a great choice for hotel and that as public transportation is highly limited, a rental car is recommended.

A $250 stipend to help with expenses is available to qualified participants who attend the entire 3-day institute.
