Camper Registration Team: Collect all necessary forms, fees, etc. from campers before they can come to the camp; Organize pre-camp orientation.

Counselor Recruitment Team: Design application form, coordinate interviews, organize counselor training (including first aid training).

Food Team: Plan the camp menu, find a sister (or two) to cook on-site, and organize transportation of food to and from the camp in the safest way possible.

Journalist Team: Keep video and photo footage of the camp, including meetings, the whole camp and activities and the final picnic; Collect input from campers and community members.

Picnic Planning Team: Organize the final farewell picnic held on camp's last day; Decide on location, plan menu/potluck, activities, etc.

Program Development Team: Plan the camp itinerary (including meal times, salah, activities, rest time, etc.) for the weekend; Arrange the staff-lead activities (ex: canoeing) with camp staff.
