This survey is being sponsored by the Down Syndrome Association of Greater Cincinnati (DSAGC). Your responses to this survey are very important to our research effort to understand the clothing needs of persons with Down syndrome. We ask that an adult 18 years or older who has care responsibility for a person with Down syndrome complete this survey. If you care for more than one person with Down syndrome, please fill out a separate survey for each person. Thanks so much for your time in responding to each of these questions!
