Student Activity Survey 2011/12

 

This survey will be used to find out which sports, amount of physical activity and volunteering opportunities are undertaken by students attending Further Education Colleges accross the East Midlands.

It will measure the current level of activity that students are engaged in and which activities students would like to participate in in the future. The results will enable organisations in the region to consider preferences when organising sports activities in the future.

Please complete the questionnaire as fully as possible.

Where you provide an e-mail address and/or mobile phone number, it may be used to inform you of sports opportunities available in your area. If you DO NOT wish to recieve this, then please DO NOT provide your e-mail address or phone number.

The information you provide may be accessed by School Sports Partnerships, County Sports Partnerships, National Governing Bodies, your college, AoC East Midlands, Sportshub East Midlands and Studenthub East Midlands (including the e-magazine)
