1. Scenarios
Scenario A:
Current trends in subdividing land continues for the next 10 years, with development primarily on the edge of the city and towns. Development occurs mostly on land in approved subdivisions and on land that is currently proposed for subdivision. Lower density development requires a greater amount of land than the other Scenarios. Current land use patterns continue without consideration of creating neighborhoods with a mix of uses or housing types.
Scenario B:
Development occurs within the municipalities and on their perimeters. Greater densities and mix of uses are possible than in the “business as usual” scenario.
Scenario C:
All development takes place within the incorporated limits of Bar Nunn, Evansville, Mills, and Casper. Greater densities and mix of uses are possible than in the “business as usual” scenario.

The charts on this page show some of the numerical ways we can compare the scenarios.
