City of Geneva Cross Connection Control Survey

 
The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA) requires that all water systems in the State of Illinois have an effective Cross Connection Control Program. The purpose of an effective Cross Connection Control program is to prevent contaminants or pollutants from entering the public water system.

In order to comply with that mandate, the City is requiring all water customers to complete a short survey, which you may do using this Web site.
