Ties That Bind Community Survey

The purpose of this very brief, 13 question survey is to help assess the current state and needs of the Japanese American community in Southern California. The information you provide will help in the development of a strategic framework not only to help preserve the Nikkei community and its heritage, but also ensure its growth and viability.

The survey is completely confidential. We will not ask for any information that will identify you personally, and all responses (other than written comments) will be presented in the aggregate. Your honest and accurate responses are critical to the success and usability of the survey.
