After working through the activities and information in this lesson, students should be able to: (a) draw fruits and/or vegetables that fit into the different colors of a rainbow, and (b) track the fruits and vegetables that they eat using the `What I Ate' worksheet. The activities and information in this lesson also aimed to: (c) increase students' exposure to fruits and vegetables by contributing to the garden mural, or participating in a gardening activity, and (d) teach that it is healthy to inclue a variety of fruits and vegetables in our diet.
