. The more interactive and engaging your table is, the more students you'll have interested in the information/service/products you have to offer. How do you plan to spruce up your table so students will want to come talk with your representatives? Tables offering an interactive element (i.e. game, competition, activity, giveaways, food, etc.) will be given prime location consideration and registration priority. Please note, nothing may be sold at tables/booths. Food/products/services may however, be given away as a sample or prize.

Registration includes one table and two chairs. No table skirts will be provided.
We reserve the right to make all table assignments.
Two representatives are required to attend and no table should be unmanned at any point during the event.
Businesses may not sell merchandise or food at the event, but may give coupons or samples. Please keep in mind we expect over 300 participants at Campus Kickoff.
All tables should provide an interactive opportunity for students to learn about what the club/department/business/organization has to offer.
The use of hazardous materials is strictly prohibited.
Registration fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations after August 24th will be assessed a $15 cancellation fee.
Those who fail to cancel and do not show up the day of the event will be assessed a $25 no show fee.
Cancellation and No Show fees apply to all groups registering for the Kickoff, including UAS clubs/orgs, UAS departments, and Juneau community businesses and organizations.

. Indemnification Clause and Hold Harmless Agreement
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Contractor shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Contracting Agency, its Board of Regents, officers, and employees from and against any and all loss, expense, damage, claim, demand, judgment, fine, charge, lien, liability, action of proceeding of any kind whatsoever (whether arising on account of damage to or loss of property, or personal injury, emotional distress, or death) arising directly or indirectly in connection with the performance or activities of the Contractor hereunder, whether the same arises before or after the Contractor's operations or expiration of the this Contract, except for damage, loss, or injury resulting from the Contracting Agency's negligence or willful misconduct.
