COMMUNITY NEEDS ASSESSMENT PROJECT

COMMUNITY SURVEY

East Wellington Community Services (EWCS) successfully applied for a project grant through the Federal Government’s “New Horizons for Seniors Program”. The program funds projects to help improve the quality of life for seniors and their communities.

Your input is needed so that we can determine the needs/desires for new services and programs in East Wellington region and use the survey results to obtain new program funding.

The purpose of this survey is to reveal gaps, needs, barriers and issues of interest (housing, recreation, medical and social) to seniors (55 and older) living within this area.

Survey completion is strictly voluntary. Your input will remain anonymous unless you volunteer to include your personal details. Please feel free to skip any questions you choose not to answer.
