This survey is absolutely confidential and anonymous. The only person that can access the survey data is Sarah Lange, Director of Fund Development & External Relations, who has overseen many strategic planning processes. All responses will be tallied, generalized, and presented in summary format.
Each person that completes the survey and fills in the contact information section at the end of the survey will be entered in a raffle for a $10 gift certificate to the Thrift Shop.
