In response to previous community feedback, the Mirboo North Community Planning Group has commissioned InSynch Consultancy Group to conduct a study to determine the feasibility of an integrated Health and Wellbeing Hub in Mirboo North.
It is envisaged that this hub would meet a range of community health and wellbeing needs. This survey provides residents living in Mirboo North and the surrounding district with the opportunity to participate in and guide this important project.
Information collected as part of this survey will help determine future service needs in the district and to support funding applications.
