Equalities survey

We are asking TSSA members for their opinions on our activities and structures so that we can find out where your priorities lie. We want to involve all members and to focus our organising, negotiating and campaigning activities on areas that you consider to be important.

If you have any additional ideas or opinions please use the ‘free-text’ box options. We will collate these responses and group them together in themes to give us a picture of our members’ views.

We will publish the results by the end of the year. Please complete your responses by Friday 2 November 2012.

There are three prizes available for completing this survey. You could be in for a chance to win £100, £60 or £40 Ticketmaster concert and theatre vouchers.

At the end of this survey you will receive a code word if you get to the end of the survey which you can use to enter the prizedraw, so all responses are anonymous.
