The creation of the Education and Youth Development Plan is an opportunity to ensure alignment of strategic action plans/initiatives from across the District, and to assess their implementation and progress.

This survey has been designed to tie together the many ongoing discussions already occurring around these issues and to get the conversation started around what should be included within the EYD Plan. This survey has been created to gather feedback and input from a wide array of stakeholders regarding aspirations and recommendations for effective delivery of services. This survey should take no more than 5 minutes of your time.

The feedback you provide will help us to prioritize and structure future conversations and develop recommendations to be included in the final EYD Plan.

Ultimately, the EYD Plan will serve as a guide for future decisions around education and positive youth development in the District of Columbia.
