INTRODUCTION
The Developing Program and Self-study Workshops are presented by the Department of Accreditation/American Physical Therapy Association.
The purpose of the Developing Program Workshop is to inform institutional representatives about the process of developing a physical therapist or physical therapist assistant program and CAPTE’s general expectations for Candidacy. This workshop is not intended to discuss the expectations outlined in the Evaluative Criteria in detail. For that information, please register for a Self-study Workshop. The Developing Program Workshop immediately precedes a Self-study Workshop.
The Purpose of the Self-study Workshop is to prepare faculty and program administrators to develop a Self-study Report and host an on-site visit.
The workshops are FREE of charge; however, travel and hotel arrangements are your responsibility. Additional information is provided at the end of the registration process.
Each attendee must register separately; however, you can register for both workshops on one form.
