Thank You for registering, You will need a laptop of your own with all the software downloaded (see below). In case someone does not have a laptop, we will make sure to seat him/her with someone that can help. Development kits will be provided at the workshop.
Software to Download and install prior to the workshop
DOWNLOAD and INSTALL two (2) Files: "PSoC Programmer 3.13.1" and "PSoC Creator 1.0 Service Pack2". These files are in the "related files table" http://www.cypress.com/?rID=39551 (no need to download the rest - just these two)
It is vital that you download the software in advance, as there will be little or no time for downloading during the workshop.
Once you click on the file, you will be prompted to register, and after you register you will be allowed to download and install the software (the software is free). After software is installed, you are welcome to start it and have a look around. Do not be worried that something will "break", and you do not need an eval board to look around or even to build/compile projects.
Those who are super motivated are welcome to browse the Cypress web site to see training videos on PSoC3 and PSoC5, though this is purely optional.
