SAMH is for anyone affected by mental health problems. Since 1923 we have been working across Scotland to promote mental health and we currently support 2,500 every week through our community based services.

This survey is for people who are involved in the provision of psychological therapies. SAMH wants to learn more about your experiences so that we can identify how services are being used and whether access to psychological therapies can be improved.

The survey is completely confidential although you can provide your contact details at the end of the survey if you wish to do so. If you do not wish to answer any question then please feel free to skip past it.

Thank you for taking the time to take part.
