This survey is for Church Pastors, Sunday School Teachers, Youth Leaders, and Christian Education Directors. Duffield, Inc., is very interested in offering the best ministry services to the widest group possible. To assist us in this endeavor, please take a few moments to respond to our questions. You responses will help us focus our mission and ministry in Western New York.

1. Are you and your membership aware that rental rates for off-season use (Fall, Winter, Spring) have been reduced to $20 per person, per night, regardless of buildings used, with the only size limit being building capacity?
