The current research is being conducted within the framework of 'WOMEN IN' (Telework for life-work reconciliation in EU: promoting women's participation and mobility) project ref: 2011-1-ES1-LEO05-36491.
The project is designed to examine teleworking as a method to improve women's particiaption in the labour market; trends in work-life balance policies; women's use of technology; and the training and qualification needs to accomodate teleworking.
