Thank you for participating in the first WFTDA Tournaments and Broadcasting Survey.
Your answers will provide important information needed to help the Women's Flat Track Derby Association to plan future tournaments and broadcasts. Your support is genuinely appreciated -- the survey should take 15-20 minutes.
The data you provide is confidential and will not be reused or sold. No identifying information about you will be collected, unless you choose to supply contact information at the very end to become eligible for prizes from the WFTDA.

This survey is being conducted in parallel with the 2012 WFTDA Demographic Survey. The results of both surveys are independent.
Please note: Responses are limited to one per computer (IP address) for each survey. If there are multiple roller derby fans in your household who want to participate, each must take the survey from a different computer.
