Introduction
This survey seeks to better understand parental beliefs and attitudes regarding teenage drinking and drug use.
Your responses are entirely anonymous, that is, no one will know how you responded to each question so please feel free to be as honest as possible.
Results will be analyzed in conjunction with the biennial Healthy Kids Colorado Survey, a more general and broader assessment of youth risk and protective factors, to provide additional information regarding local issues related to alcohol, drugs and youth.
