The City of Fort Wayne, Mayor Henry’s Trails Fort Wayne Advisory Group, and Fort Wayne Trails, Inc., are creating a Trails Fort Wayne Plan to guide future trail development and maintenance. By taking this survey, your valuable input will assist in the development of this Trails Fort Wayne Plan. Your feedback is important to us in how we can better improve our trail network. This survey should only take about 5-10 minutes of your time. Your answers will be anonymous. However, you will have the opportunity to share your email address with us at the end of the survey if you would like to receive email updates from the City of Fort Wayne’s Greenways Department.
