Household Waste Recycling Centre Survey 2012/13

Derbyshire County Council household waste recycling centre satisfaction survey

What do you think of our household waste recycling centres (HWRC)?

We’re always looking for ways to improve the services we provide – and you can help us by taking a couple of minutes to complete this short questionnaire.

We try to make all our nine recycling centres across the county as clean, tidy, convenient and easy to use as possible with friendly staff on hand to help when you need them.

Last year, around 50,600 tonnes of household waste and unwanted goods were brought to our sites and we were able to recycle more than 32,300 tonnes of it – enough to fill around 300 double decker buses.

That’s great – but we’re always looking to do more to help you help us meet our overall target of recycling 55% of the county’s waste by 2020.

Your comments will help us find out what we’re doing well and what we need to do better.
