This survey is designed to assess district progress in the implementation of the D.A.T.E. program. This information will help the Texas Education Agency identify areas for future assistance and support for D.A.T.E. grantees.

All campus staff (teachers, principals, paraprofessionals, etc.) eligible for an award should complete this survey.
