All school employees have a buddy assignment.
Buddy assignments involve pairing up with at least one other employee. Buddies check on their neighbor next door to ensure that everyone is safe and if necessary evacuate the room.
If your assigned buddy is in prep period when a disaster or emergency occurs, the teacher on prep is responsible for checking in with the buddy.
