The context is that we're planning out the (tiny) bathroom in our new house. We have two choices for placing the shower - the best use of the space is to have the door at one end, with the window as one wall of the shower area, but we could also have the door in the middle of the room with the shower at the opposite end to the window - not such a good flow through the room, not the best use of the space, but a possibility.
As we will most likely be renting out this house at some point in the next few years, we want to make sure that if we choose the window-in-shower option, it won't massively freak out people who come to look at the house as a rental prospect.
I should say that the window in question is on the first floor (not ground floor), looking out over the garden and surrounding area. You can get an idea from this photo (taken from the floor above):
