Here is a guide to some of the information that you will need to include in your application. Please have this information to hand before you begin your application.
The name of your referee - this will be someone in, or strongly associated with, the organisation you are coaching for.
Contact details including the postcode and contact numbers and e-mail address for you the coach and your referee.
The official title of your course i.e.
1st4sport Level 1 Certifcate in Coaching Basketball,
ECB UKCC Level 2 Coach Award,
Rugby Ready
The FA Youth Award - Module 1: 'Developing the Environment'
Tennis - Level 2 Assistant Coach
Tennis - Coaching Qualification
Where you took/will be taking your course.
The dates your course took/will take place.
The cost of your course including any mileage(for travelling outside Derbyshire only).
The amount any other organisation has or will be contributing.
How the coaching qualification this bursary will support, will benefit sport in Derbyshire.

Once you have completed the form, please click onto the SUBMIT button at the end of the application to send your information to Derbyshire Sport. This form must be completed by the coach applying to the Coach Bursary fund.
