Woodward Cub Scout Planning Survey for 2011-2012

This survey is about participating in Cub Scout Pack 631 for the 2011-12 School Year. This Scouting program involves two after school "Den meetings" per month (usually), plus a weekend special event for all, geared towards learning and fun (Scouting is designed as "a Game with a Purpose"). Please complete what you can even if you're not yet sure about your final plans for any event.

There is much good we can do with our kids in these critical years through the Scouting Program, especially when we make plans to make it easy for all to contribute their ideas, energy and talents to our kids. That is the purpose of this Survey . . . thank you for taking time to respond.
