The Office of Traffic Safety (OTS) seeks feedback from users of the annual Minnesota Motor Vehicle Crash Facts publication to identify ways to improve the report. This survey provides OTS with important feedback on who uses the data, how the data are used, ease of use, additional data needs, and suggestions for improvement.

5. The Minnesota Department of Public Safety is going green with its annual Crash Facts publication. Starting with the 2011 edition only a very limited number of hard copy books will be produced. How necessary is a hard copy for your use?
