Needs Survey - High School Student
Purpose
The intent of this Needs Assessment is to build a 6-12 comprehensive guidance program based on the results of the assessment. The goal of the comprehensive Needs Assessment is to determine the current needs and wants of the students, teachers, and parents/guardians in the areas of career, personal/social, and educational development.
