This questionnaire is part of the review of the National Certificate in Passenger Service (Large Passenger Vehicle) with strands in School Bus; Urban and Local Route; and Long Distance.

We have worked with industry to develop the unit standards and National Qualifications in the Passenger Service domain. We are now seeking your feedback on our proposals.
