The Safer Chorley and South Ribble Community Safety Partnership has a vision to ensure that Choley and South Ribble remain two of the safest districts in the country to live, work,visit and play.
The Partnership wants to support communities to create safe, cleaner and sustainable neighbourhoods by providing access to first class, co-ordinated public services.
By completing this questionnaire you can assist the Partnership to plan and shape future community safety initiatives and prioritise resources to meet the needs of Chorley and South Ribble communities.
You must be a Chorley or South Ribble resident to be eligible to complete this form. The information that you provide is about the immediate area that you live and will remain confidential. The information will only be used to inform the planning of future resources and to verify your eligibility to respond to the consultation.
