Lutz/Keystone-Odessa Update Survey

The Hillsborough County Board on County Commissioners has directed the Planning Commissions update the Keystone-Odessa and Lutz adopted community plans (which became effective January 9, 2001). Planning commission staff will work with stakeholders and citizens in the development of the plan date. The plan update will incorporate changes to the adopted plan vision, goals, and policies based on a review of the existing plan (of what has been completed, what has not been completed and on verifiable changes in existing conditions.) This survey is designed to inform staff of whether the participants are familiar with the adopted community plans and to give staff an idea what participants:

• Value and what should be protected.
• What changes or improvements are desired in the community?
• What opportunities should the community pursue?
