Dear Colorado APN,
Since December 2013, the Center has received over 850 very useful responses to its Colorado APN Workforce Survey. The purpose of this survey is to drill down on three subjects that surfaced in that survey: scope of practice barriers, reimbursement/payment and hospital privileges.
The anecdotes that have been shared to-date on these three issues are not enough to support action or analysis, so we are sending you this survey in search of more detail. This information will help the Colorado Center for Nursing Excellence and its collaborative partners better understand these issues and support future responses.
