The data we are about to ask you for is vitally important to us as it is a condition of our ongoing funding from Sport England. Once again it's that time of year when we ask you to complete this short survey about the level of Youth/Junior activity in your club in the last 6 months. Remember, this survey is for all clubs involved in Junior/Youth Sailing not just Volvo RYA Champion Clubs.
Please read the questions carefully and answer accurately, if there is any question you don't understand then please contact either myself or your HPM on the numbers below.
The deadline for completing this survey is 10th October 2011. Every club who completes a survey on time will be entered into a free prize draw to win some fantastic prizes for your club! Prizes this time include a waterproof video camera!
