Member satisfaction reviews are generally $250 per review. Your registration below does not obligate you to proceed with the program, but will help us facilitate prompt set-up if you decide to conduct a review.

A custom CCMIS Report Access Page will be established for your club within 48 hours. If you are already have a CCMIS Benchmarking Account your access codes will remain the same and you will have access to both areas when you log in. We will contact you via email with your access codes and further instructions when your customized Member Satisfaction Report Page has been set up.

The cost of the CCMIS Satisfaction Builder service is dependent on the number of areas being tested by your club and the frequency of the surveys being conducted. This cost will be negotiated with you by your CCMIS Consultant prior to initial launch.

Your agreement below simply verifies the accuracy of the information above, and authorizes CCMIS to proceed with your set-up. The terms of this service will be provided to you by CCMIS as part of the setup of the service. You may cancel your service at any time if you choose to discontinue the service for any reason.

Charges are levied on a per survey basis for work that is completed. On cancellation the club's responsibility will extend only to any outstanding invoices for work completed. There is no penalty for cancellation.
