Thank you for participating in our survey! The results will help the Jewish community better plan for the needs of families with young Jewish children.
We are looking specifically for respondents:
1) with children NOT YET in kindergarten (approximately birth through age four or five)
AND
2) who are in a family situation in which one or both parents are Jewish.
Only ONE parent per family should fill out the survey.
This survey takes about 10 minutes to complete. If you choose to include your name and an e-mail address at the end, you will be entered in a drawing for one of our $36 gift cards. Your personal information will be separated from the rest of the survey, ensuring your anonymity.
We would very much appreciate you encouraging your friends who meet the criteria to respond to this survey. The more responses we have, the better able we will be to understand and anticipate the needs of families with young Jewish children.
