City Utilities Water Quality Survey for Southwest Fort Wayne Neighborhoods

Beginning on June 21, 2012, Fort Wayne City Utilities has been supplying water to several neighborhoods in Aboite Township that are not regular customers of City Utilities. The neighborhoods being served are Shorewood, Falls of Beaver Creek, Whispering Meadows, Abbey Place, Walnut Creek and Brenton Glens.

If you are a resident in any of those neighborhoods, City Utilities would like to know what you think of our water and our service. Please take a moment to complete the short survey. Surveys are also being mailed to residents, so if you complete this on-line survey there is no need to complete the survey that comes in the mail.

If you would prefer, you may share your thoughts and comments with us by calling 311.
