Your opportunity to partner with the Cisco Services Network starts by completing this service request. Once submitted, this service request will go directly to our IMSN Dispatch team for review and identification of an appropriate Cisco Qualified partner. The IMSN Dispatch team will contact you with a quote and necessary next steps.

Confidentiality:

All of the information that you provide, or that is provided to you by the service provider, will be deemed as confidential, including customer information, system information, user name and password, etc. Any breach in confidentially will result in disciplinary action, up to and including all necessary legal actions.


Termination of Work Order:

If at anytime you wish to cancel the work order after it has been assigned to a service provider, you will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee.
