The Delaware Prescription Opioid Settlement Distribution Commission (POSDC) and Delaware's Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health (DSAMH) are working to make treatment and recovery services stronger and more accessible for those affected by substance use disorder in Delaware.

The POSDC and DSAMH, in collaboration with TACT Consulting, LLC, want to hear from Delaware’s DSAMH care navigators—those working daily to connect clients with services, supports, and recovery resources.
