Thank you for participating in this brief communication survey. We want to know what you think about the Capella Connections newsletter as well as about other ways in which we communicate with you.

To be eligible to be included in the drawing, you must complete the survey no later than 5 p.m. CST on Friday, January 6; be officially associated with a Capella-affiliated facility on January 6; and provide a phone number or email address at which we can make contact with you no later than Friday, January 13. Each individual may participate only once in the survey. A random drawing from all participants will be conducted on January 6, with the winner being notified shortly thereafter.
