SuccessFactors Online Performance Management System Training is NOT MANDATORY. These sessions are offered to provide brush ups for those with some experience in the system, and an introduction to the system for our new employees.
All AP/AC/PT/CC/AH/CS Employees use the online SuccessFactors Performance Management System for annual and probationary evaluations.
The following dates are training opportunities for all participating Employees and Managers. These sessions explain the entire online process in addition to outlining the responsibilities of each party throughout that process.
These sessions ARE NOT mandatory.
You may attend as many sessions as you wish.
