Welcome to the 2012 Annual Club Survey. In an effort to compare information with like clubs, it is important that you answer the demographic questions carefully and completely. Please use statistics and revenue/compensation figures from the last recorded fiscal year to ensure accuracy in reporting. The survey will take approximately 45 minutes once you have gathered the following information:club demographics, profit & loss statements, pricing schedules, and compensation models.
