2012 CS and E Conference - Abstract Submission

Abstract Submission Information

Please complete the following information to submit an abstract to the UT System Clinical Safety and Effectiveness Conference taking place September 20-21, at the Grand Hyatt in San Antonio, Texas.

The primary and seconday author of each abstract are eligable to receive complimentary conference registration. CME and CNE rules require that each primary and secondary author complete a disclosure and biographical form. Blank copies of each form are found on the conference website under the abstract tab. Once this information is complete,e-mail the abstract and forms to sonion@utsystem.edu. Abstracts need to be sent electonically, but the completed and signed forms can be e-mailed to Susan Onion(sonion@utsystem.edu) or faxed to her attention at (512) 499-4313.

The deadline for submitting abstracts and completed biographical and disclosure forms for the primary and secondary authors is Friday, August 10, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. CST.

Don't forget to register for the conference at the event website (www.utsystem.ed/hea/buidlingbridge)once you have completed the two forms and submitted your abstract.
