There are four sponsorship levels to choose from:

PLATINUM SPONSOR: $5,000 — up to four
a full page ad in the conference program, three complimentary
conference registrations, prime display space, placement of promotional
material (up to 5 sheets) in delegate kit, promotional video presentation

GOLD SPONSOR: $2,500—up to eight
a half-page ad in the conference program, two complimentary conference registrations,
prime display space, placement of promotional
material (up to 2 sheets) in delegate kit, promotional video presentation

SILVER SPONSOR: $1,250 — up to 12
a quarter-page ad in the conference program
one complimentary conference registration, display space,
placement of promotional material (one sheet) in delegate kit

BRONZE SPONSORSHIP: $1,000 — up to 12
a quarter-page ad in the conference program,
one complimentary conference registration,
display space OR placement of promotional material (one sheet) in delegate kit
