Specific Worship Survey

God has called Custer Road United Methodist Church into being to make disciples of Jesus Christ. Custer Road UMC seeks to fulfill its calling by helping any and all people grow in their experience and commitment to Jesus Christ through providing opportunities for worship, nurture, fellowship and service.

We are providing this survey as an opportunity for all members and guests to provide meaningful feedback. We value your comments so that we can fulfill our mission effectively. Surveys should take no longer than 5 minutes to complete.

SURVEYS ARE COMPLETELY ANONYMOUS. However, you can choose to provide your contact information, if you desire.

Please know that your feedback (positive or negative) will be reviewed by the clergy. Try to be as specific as possible when a comment/narrative box is provided. As we work to enhance the church/worship experience at Custer Road UMC, we want to make sure that we know both what IS and ISN'T working. If you do desire a response from a minister regarding your comments, please be sure to check the “Yes” box on the last question.
