The purpose of this survey is to gain knowledge from FBCN families who currently do not have their child(ren) enrolled at First Baptist Academy. For that reason we would ask that you complete the survey only if you currently are a member or regular attendee of First Baptist Church Naples AND you have school age children living in your home.
